Sovereign Stack: Local AI across 3 rigs, zero cloud APIs

The entire portfolio runs on local AI models across a 3-rig compute fleet. NoClaw is a Mac Mini M4 Pro with 48GB unified memory. Culdesac is a 5060 Ti PC hitting around 76 tokens per second on Qwen3.6-A3B. Ocean is a 3070 Ti PC running 35-billion-parameter models on a 14-year-old upgraded chassis. No OpenAI bills, no Anthropic API keys, no data sent to Google or Meta. Every user prompt, every conversation, every piece of generated content stays on the founder's hardware. This is the difference between "AI-powered" and "OpenAI-wrapped."

The local stack uses vllm-mlx and Apple MLX for inference, Qwen3.6-35B-A3B-6bit as the primary text model, mflux for image generation, mlx-audio for voice.
